I know when I was at my darkest moment, my body riddled with Lyme disease, stress, and the aftershock of years of unprocessed grief and trauma, that I wouldn’t have been able to necessarily identify what this meant to me…
But I can tell you that I needed it.
I needed to see that my authentic power was already within me… even though I couldn’t have felt weaker than I did at that moment. I needed to see that the key to my authentic power was to allow myself to really feel all the pain that I’d been avoiding for years.
