A CHILDHOOD SHAPED BY LOSS AND A CAREER BEHIND THE CAMERA

My understanding of service and the power of stories started early. When I was 11 years old, I witnessed the sudden death of my father. He was a U.S. Army Colonel. That moment changed my world forever. It taught me that life is fragile and that the voices of those who serve must never be forgotten.

As a child, I used my father’s camcorder to produce family newscasts. I was already doing what I was put on this Earth to do. I spent over a decade as a network news producer at CBS News, Bloomberg, and The Washington Post. I shaped stories for millions of people every day. I learned how newsrooms think and how to craft narratives that move people. But I eventually realized that the most important stories were often the ones being ignored.

FROM THE NEWSROOM TO A FIGHT FOR MY OWN LIFE

My deepest training did not come from a newsroom. It came from life itself. Years later, I became very ill with Lyme disease. I had to fight for my health, my identity, and my purpose. That experience stripped me to my core. It revealed a profound truth.

Storytelling is not just what I am good at. It is how I heal and how I lead. I realized that my mission is to help other changemakers step into their own power. I decided to stop just reporting the news and start helping mission-driven leaders create it. I founded Nardi Media to bridge the gap between big missions and big media.

PR WITH PURPOSE IS MORE THAN A STRATEGY

I believe that communication is an act of service. When I embraced this idea, everything changed for my clients. I developed the Message-to-Movement Method ™.
